Join in for another 5 week round of classes at the CC Parish Hall with Mandee Labelle. The Yoga Empower Hour is a fun flowing hour of yoga for all levels of experience. This class is popular so you may wish to arrive early. Doors open at 5:45pm and is offered for a $8 drop in fee or if you register in the week of October 12th you are welcome to the discounted rates of $35/ 5 weeks (once a week) or $60/5 weeks (twice a week).
