Tonight begins the 3rd term of classes at CC Parish Hall, 61 Dundas, Dartmouth! Classes are always offered on an ongoing basis with a drop in fee that makes it reasonable to jump in anytime, however every 5 weeks we have an opportunity to sign up for either 5 or 10 classes for a super reasonable registration rate:
5 classes | $35*
10 classes | $60*
* to be redeemed between Mar 29 and May 5
Please note that there will be no classes the week of April 19th before the Easter Weekend.

This Friday, 6:30 – 8 pm at CC Parish Hall, and/or this Monday, 6:30 – 8 pm at Cole Harbour Place!

Classes in Halifax on Wednesdays beginning April 27th!
Starting April 27th, at the Bethany United Church in their beautiful Fellowship Hall, there will be an added Yoga Empower Hour available for an $8 drop in fee. The session will be held between 5:15 and 6:20pm and the hall is one block from the Halifax Rotary on Joseph Howe Dr. Please let me know if you are interested in attending!

Between 8:15 and 9:00 there will be a regular weekly meditation class offered at the Bethany United Church for a $5 drop in fee.
