WHAT CAN AND WHAT CANNOT BE TAUGHT

There are some things that can only be elicited from within. Skillfulness in teaching yoga is knowing how to elicit that which we love in the yoga experience.

This Sunday, September 21 Yogaheart Yoga presents the first of Yogaheart Yoga Teacher Training (YYTT) Sundays for Yoga Teachers. A special feature of YYTT is the inclusion of specialty courses open to existing yoga teachers or teacher trainees from other programs. These classes will be led by instructor Mandee Labelle and offered in a Socratic method, which draws upon the wisdom and experience of those who attend.
