This Friday there will be a meditation circle for all those who are either curious about meditation or those who would like to further explore the practice.
This session will include some basic meditation instruction, short periods of guided meditation, some dialogue, and some silent sitting.
Meditation can be pleasant and supportive. The goal of this workshop is to help us discover ways that will work in our lives to de-stress, release, and to realize the peace that is available in each moment.
