During this time we will cover the basics of the practice of meditation, experience short guided meditations, as well as experience some quiet sitting as well. Participants are asked to bring a cushion or two to sit on, however chairs will be available as well. This session is open to absolute beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Meditation can be pleasant and the aim of this session is to reveal different ways different types of meditation can work in our daily lives to de-stress and reveal the peace that is available right where we are.
