Yoga is something that can be practiced everyday. But as Francis Lucille says, don’t call it a practice, call it an interesting hobby. This way we can preserve enthusiasm and learn to do things more from our heart. As far as going out to a yoga class, that is always wonderful in my opinion. You get actual instruction, as well as a wonderful feeling of group energy. Two yoga classes a week is ideal to support the body and promote healthy change. Ultimately we know what’s best for ourselves. The trick is learning how to actually do what we know is best for ourselves …true empowerment. The reason I call these classes ’empower hours’. Even the gentlest class is an empower hour. Check it out!
