Cleanse for Life

There are many types of cleanses that are good for many types of things. The cleanse that’s the best, is the one you can live with long term. Food is a lifestyle, and we do not have to change our lifestyle drastically overnight. Instead, there are ways that we can change our attitude and relationship to food, that stays with us and evolves with us.
What tends to happen after a cleanse, is people go back to their previous habits. We keep having good intentions, but we do not know how to set ourselves up for long-term success. In May, take the month to commit to trying the Cleanse for Life program with Mandee.
This two part program consists of 2 hour workshops spaced 5 weeks apart.
First Session:
we will talk about food and our relationship to food
we will explore different types of cleanses, why and how they are used
we will custom design our own plan for the month that is specific to our own needs
The plan will be a set up for success.
we will learn some very important ways on how to stay with the plan
Questions, comments, and discussions will be welcome.
You can come prepared to be offered a few yoga stretch breaks, but no yoga experience is required and you are welcome to sit in chairs or on your yoga mat.
Second Session:
We will talk about the results of the last month, and learn ways to be able to keep tweaking our life long learning journey about food. We will tweak our plans, and learn more strategies to turn our intentions into our lifestyle.
