Yes, I said dandhals. An ancient form of yogic strength training that uses concentration and focus to build muscular strength and physiology. This class will be fun, and also geared a little towards suggested homework exercises.
“Dandhals: Ancient form of Strength Training”
Description: In this class you will experience core strengtheners, fun yogic sequences, and things to get our muscles acting with strength and vitality. It will not be easy for all physiology and constitutions, however we love to challenge ourselves here but in the funnest ways possible. Remember, in all Yogaheart classes, you are always welcome to practice at your own pace.
Sessions on Mondays @ 8am Atlantic (7amEST).
