Peaceful Restorative Tuesdays
Rest, stretch and breath through gentle yoga and body awareness. Through these classes, stress and tension have a chance to transform, as we relax and breathe. In that sense, it lets go.
Also, from week to week, we will learn more about yoga postures and breathing too. Tips and techniques from the yogic perspective to care for the body and mind will be offered.
Special Focus Tuesdays: THERAPEUTIC – This class will have a special focus on stress reduction techniques for the nervous system. Good for anxiety, PTSD, fear, and other difficult emotions. This will not be group therapy, but moreso, how do we take care of our nervous system during times of stress.
All levels of experience are welcome to start up anytime.
