Peaceful Restorative Thursdays
Rest, stretch and breathe through gentle yoga and body awareness. Through these classes we begin to see the stress and tension in a different light. In that sense, it can let go.
Also, from week to week, we will learn more about yoga postures and breathing too. Tips and techniques from the yogic perspective to care for the body and mind will be offered.
Special Focus Thursdays: YOGA NIDRA – extended savasana relaxation at the end.
