The Breath

This special morning class is open to anyone who wishes to be up before the sun to experience the stillness of being while enjoying subtle harmonizing breathing explorations and meditation.

If you wish to arrive early, there will be music playing on the channel between 5:45 am – 6 am to help you settle in and stretch a little on your own.

No previous training or experience required to attend.
