Hatha Yoga for the Season / Solstice
On Tuesday, Dec 22 at (3 pm Eastern), 4 pm Halifax time, join friends online for an all-levels Hatha Yoga class. All welcome.
- Stretch, breathe, strengthen and rejuvenate through the postures of yoga.
Duration: 1 hour and 20 mins.
How to prepare:
- Empty stomach
- Hydrated beforehand
- Create a nice open SPACE for yourself for you and your yoga mat
- Sounds don’t matter as much as we think.
We can work within environments where there are sounds, however having your own space may be more important that sound. Smudging your space before yoga can be a nice way to invite calm and centeredness even before we begine.
