Join with Friends online for this all-levels Hatha Yoga class. All Yogaheart classes with Mandee have their basis in the Direct Path. The way we do this, is while deriving the benefits of a fun physical flow of postures, we continually remember that it’s not about end-gaining, but more about celebrating.
All are welcome. Some yoga experience is an asset.
Duration: 1 hour and + 15 mins.
How to prepare:
- Empty stomach
- Hydrated beforehand
- Create a nice open SPACE for yourself for you and your yoga mat
- And most importantly, don’t worry about anything. :o)
