This all-levels Hatha Yoga class is a joyous dive into a flow of postures to stimulate our energy and circulation, stretch and strengthen our muscles, de-stress and rejuvenate us. We practice if a way that is more of a celebration and a discovery than a practice.
Pace: Moderate to High.
