This sister class to Direct Path Meditation is a guided exploration that does not require having experience with yoga experience. What is of greater value is a genuine interest in exploring the true nature of being.
In this class, we are invited to explore the subtleties of experience and allow the unconscious beliefs we hold to free themselves in the space we create. The benefits of this class often come later, as our yoga seems to come more into our daily life as a sense of peace, openness, and cooperation with it all.
What to expect: Classes vary, however most sessions include a gentle flow of yoga postures, with a nondual theme of shared exploration. The focus is not on physical fitness.
