Chanting and Meditation

An evening of gentle chanting as a way to relax and find peace inside. The evening will end with guided meditation and then a short period of silence.

There is no requirement to sing along and you do not need to have experience with chanting or meditation. Come if you are interested. Doors open at 7:20pm.
