“Pranayama Yoga : Level 2“
Description: After having completing the L1 Breath Training, the 3 sections of the breath have been covered. Now it is time to practice Mahat Yoga Pranayam, the full yogic breath.
In this 40 minute class you will experience a full 30 minute guided pranayama yoga practice. We use this opportunity to spend longer on each technique to really derive the benefits of the exercise while also building meditative focus and concentration. In this class, we also keep learning about the respiratory and immune systems.
Prerequites: Breathing & Immunity Level 1

Attendance is taken in each class, and classes are cumulative in your school record.
