Natural Meditation on Tuesdays for all levels

In this meditation, each class will begin with some instruction and technique, a guided meditation, a short period of silent sitting, and a time at the end for dialogue or questions or would like to share in the circle. This approach to meditation is derived from Mindfulness training, Wisdom Traditions, modern Psychology, and over 15 years experience.
