Every Thursday – 8pm – 60 minutes
This 5 week special offering will focus on one of the 4 Pillars of Health (Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual Well-Being) each week. Classes will include a talk, discussion, contemplation, and weekly exercises to help keep us healthy, strong, and balanced in every way.
You can choose to leave your video on or off. However it sure is nice to see everyone!
