Direct Path Meditation

This approach to meditation is offered as a shared exploration of our true nature and the nondual tradition. It is not meditation practice as a tool of self-improvement, but more as an opportunity for effortless rest and self-discovery. The difference between these two approaches becomes clear in this class.

What to expect:

Short dialogue followed by a gentle guided meditation that follows.

Weekly Meditation – FREE
Mar 28 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Free Class Weekly – Are you curious about meditation and would like to try? Do you have experience and would simply like to meditate with others? In either case, you are welcome to join in each week.

Meditation in a supportive group setting is one way to really explore what meditation is and pave the way to bringing the benefits of meditation into daily life. This class will offer guided meditation to help work with mind and thought and allowing being present and balanced, grounded and centered.

One benefit of group meditation is simply being together. The fact that we took time for ourselves and to explore meditation together is in itself a transformative act. When people say they cannot do it, I would say that they haven’t discovered a way that draws them in…. yet.

What to expect:
A short dialogue, followed by a 30 – 40 minutes of gentle guided meditation with silence throughout.

Please arrive on time. Thank you.
