It is not meditation practice as a tool of self-improvement, but more as an opportunity for effortless rest and self-discovery. This class will offer guided meditation to help work with mind and thought and allowing being present and balanced, grounded and centered.

One benefit of group meditation is simply being together. The fact that we took time for ourselves and to explore meditation together is in itself a transformative act. When people say they cannot do it, I would say that they haven’t discovered a way that draws them in…. yet.
