Yes - yoga is as you have stated here; it is the seamless combination or &#039;living union&#039; of Inquiry as questioning wherein the quest is the living answer, and, it is the practical aspects of harmonizing with the laws of natural order via Hatha Yoga and the yoga of daily life.

Awakening is the living understanding of one&#039;s true nature and being established as such understanding is living yoga. I feel that the best word for this experiential being is Love.
