Elizabeth and Pamela team up to empower women to start knowing and living their truth in their daily lives.  Their program called ‘MAP to Evolve‘ involves a series of workshops (next workshop Oct 23rd) or private lessons to raise awareness and support the process of not only recognizing how often we forgo our own needs and desires, but to learn actual methods in how to create new patterns that help us live our lives fully in alignment with the heart and thus live a life of health and abundance.
