Happy August Everyone!
Blessings abound.
To give life, as it arises, freedom, is key…
and then seeing yourself as life arising too.
On a side note, Bodhi (my dog) and I are off on retreat for an indeterminate amount of time. I will not be close to technology during this time, so I will happily get back to phone messages and emails when I return. The Fall Yoga Schedule should begin the 3rd Week of September. The Calendar will be updated and a newsletter will go out as soon as details have been finalized.
