On Wednesday July 14th, gentleman and long standing sangha member of Shambhala International, Dewi, appeared on Yogaheart Radio and thoughtfully shared the experiences that took him from Wales to Nova Scotia and his experience of Tibetan Buddhism. We go between talking about the practice and philosophy of Shambhala Buddhism, the history of the community, and how Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche brought this practice to life in the West.
