April Schedule ~ Revised

April 13, 2014 in News by Mandee

Dear Friends,

There will only be the 6pm Yoga classes this term. We will look at adding the 7:30pm classes back to the schedule next term. (However the Monday 7:30-9pm Intermediate yoga at Cole Harbour Place is still available on a drop-in basis).

Take care.

Yogaheart Radio today at 2:30pm!

April 9, 2014 in News by Mandee

yrYogaheart Radio is an opportunity to sit back, relax, and take a deep breath. It’s a place where goodness and well-being shine.

It’s a show that’s a mix of entertainment and music, recordings and spoken word clips, and sometimes even includes callers, or guests.

Every two weeks, tune in for a sonic massage! The music we play has been inspired and produced with the intention of helping, healing, and celebrating. Good vibes can go a long way through the day…

Yogaheart Radio draws from a large collection of World, Desi, Tibetan, First Nations, Indian Classical, Chanting, and other eclectic forms of music and sound almost never heard on radio, even internet radio.

Tune in this afternoon at 2:30pm AST/1:30pm EST.
CKDU 88.1fm in Halifax or listen online:

Enjoy.
