On Wednesday February 12th, Yogaheart Radio returned to CKDU to share some music and the words that relax the body and mind…. This program airs live every two weeks. So if you want to hang out in the airspace with me this coming Wednesday, tune in to 88.1 fm in Halifax or visit ckdu.ca to tune in online. The show airs between 2:30-4pm AST. Listening live is where it’s at, since the present moment is where the life is. But if you missed it, you can always listen again later by visiting the archives. I flew in to Halifax with the clear skies yesterday afternoon. It was so nice to return home. As soon as I stepped off the plane, I knew I was back, for there is really nothing like the Maritimes. People are truly friendly here, and the pace is still a little slower, in such a fast paced world. Thank goodness for the Merry-times.
I’m resting up now, and getting ready for this week’s classes. Let’s pick up where we left off and look forward to a good week of yoga. If you have any questions at all, just send me a little email or call 229-9642. If not, see you soon.
